The Aliar laboratory required a functional layout capable of supporting continuous sample processing, material handling, and laboratory workflows while maintaining a professional setting aligned with agroindustrial research and operational standards.
• The Challenge
One of the main challenges of the aliar laboratory project was designing a space capable of handling diverse agricultural samples while maintaining organization and workflow efficiency. Agroindustrial laboratories often deal with varying materials, testing procedures, and continuous activity. Ensuring proper storage, clear circulation, and efficient workstations was essential to avoid cross contamination and operational delays. The environment also needed to support both routine analysis and development processes while maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and productivity throughout daily operations.
• Our Approach
To address these requirements, the aliar laboratory was developed using materials and equipment selected for durability and performance in agroindustrial environments. The workstations were built with phenolic countertops, providing chemical resistant and easy to maintain surfaces suitable for sample analysis. metal cabinets was incorporated to ensure secure storage, while laboratory chairs were selected to support comfort during extended tasks. Additionally, shelving storage systems were integrated to improve organization and allow efficient access to samples, tools, and laboratory supplies.
