• The Challenge
One of the main challenges of the BASF laboratory project was designing a space capable of handling chemical processes while maintaining safety, durability, and workspace organization. Industrial laboratories must support continuous testing, exposure to chemical substances, and strict operational requirements. Ensuring safe handling conditions, efficient workflows, and resistant work areas was essential to maintain productivity. The environment also needed to support accurate testing procedures without interruptions while maintaining order and consistency across all laboratory activities.
• Our Approach
To address these requirements, the BASF laboratory was developed using materials and equipment selected for chemical resistance, durability, and operational performance. The workstations were built with phenolic countertops, providing reliable surfaces suitable for chemical handling and laboratory testing. wood cabinets was incorporated to deliver organized storage while maintaining a balanced and functional workspace. laboratory chairs were selected to support comfort during extended tasks, and deck-mount eyewash units were integrated to enhance safety and ensure immediate response capability within the laboratory environment.

The completed BASF laboratory now provides a controlled and efficient environment tailored for chemical analysis and industrial laboratory operations. With durable work surfaces, organized storage, ergonomic seating, and integrated safety features, the laboratory supports consistent workflows and precise testing processes.
