Project Overview

The CTR Scientific Laboratory project, delivered in May 2022, focused on developing a functional and reliable laboratory environment to support the distribution, testing, and handling of laboratory equipment, materials, and reagents. The objective was to create a space that ensures durability, organization, and operational efficiency while accommodating a wide range of laboratory applications, including research, industrial, medical, and educational use. The CTR Scientific Laboratory required a well organized and controlled layout capable of supporting diverse workflows and consistent performance across multiple laboratory functions.

The Challenge

One of the main challenges of the CTR Scientific Laboratory project was designing a space capable of supporting multiple laboratory functions while maintaining organization, safety, and efficiency. The facility needed to handle different types of materials, equipment, and processes, requiring clear workflow distribution and reliable storage solutions. Ensuring proper handling conditions, minimizing contamination risks, and maintaining consistent operational flow were essential to support daily activities without interruptions or inefficiencies.

Our Approach

To address these requirements, the CTR Scientific Laboratory was developed using materials and equipment selected for durability, safety, and versatility. The workstations were built with Ceramic Countertops, providing highly resistant surfaces suitable for demanding laboratory applications. Metal Cabinetry was incorporated to ensure secure and organized storage of equipment and materials. Safety Cabinets were installed to properly store sensitive substances and enhance operational safety, while Balance Tables were integrated to provide stable and precise conditions for measurement and analytical tasks.

The Result

The completed CTR Scientific Laboratory now provides a reliable and well organized environment designed to support a wide range of laboratory operations. With durable work surfaces, secure storage solutions, and specialized equipment, the laboratory enables efficient workflows and precise handling of materials. The optimized layout enhances productivity, supports consistent performance, and ensures a professional space capable of meeting the demands of modern laboratory distribution and technical operations.
